Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Peak Season Delays: During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for dispatch.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • We ship using trusted and registered courier partners for deliveries across India.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your order.
  • You can also track your order using the "Order Status" link in the Customer Assistance section on our website footer.

Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days from dispatch.
  • Express Shipping (where available): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch. Extra charges may apply.
  • Please check the product description page for any product-specific shipping timelines.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹5000.
  • For orders below ₹5000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: Charges depend on location and delivery speed selected.

Delivery Attempts & Returns

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If all 3 attempts fail, the order will be returned to us.
  • No refunds will be made for undelivered packages due to:
    • Incomplete/Incorrect Delivery Details
    • Unavailablity of the Recipient
  • Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for orders up to ₹3000.
  • Orders above ₹3000 must be prepaid via card, wallet, UPI, or net banking.
  • A small COD service fee may apply and will be visible at checkout.

  • For domestic orders, we accept:
  • All major debit & credit cards (Visa,Mastercard,Amex)
  • Net Banking (most major Indian banks)
  • Wallets & UPI options(Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) 

⚠️ Note: As per RBI guidelines, Indian credit/debit cards are restricted from international currency transactions unless manually enabled by the cardholder with their bank.
